​How to Find Us

From New York City and Southeast:  Take I-87 (New York State Thruway) to exit 16 (Route 17).  Drive approximately 45 minutes and take exit 102 (Harris/Bushville).  Bear right at the end of the ramp onto Old Route 17 and then take a quick right at the blinker onto Harris-Bushville Road (C.R. 75).  Drive approximately two miles to the end and then make a right onto Lt. Brender Highway (C.R. 73).  At the four corners, make a left onto Stanton Corners Road a/k/a West Mongaup Road (C.R. 74).  Follow this road around several curves, following signs for SWAN LAKE.  At the post office, make a right turn into Presidential Estates onto Post Road.

From Binghamton and Northwest:  Take Route 17 to exit 101 (Ferndale/Swan Lake).  Bear right at the end of the exit ramp onto Ferndale Road (C.R. 71).  Take Ferndale Road up the hill to the end and make a left at the blinker onto State Route 55. Drive about 1.5 miles until you see the lake on both sides of the road.  Make a left into Presidential Estates onto Pine Blvd.
